Initial Enquiry

When you get in touch with us we'll discuss your needs and usually schedule a free of charge site survey so we can specify the appropriate solution.

Survey

One of our engineers will visit to survey the location, they'll be checking things like access and discussing your requirements in more detail.

If we're providing a WiFi system we'll also survey the wireless radio spectrum to see how any existing systems are performing as well as interference from other systems in the area.

Quote

Once we've completed our survey we'll provide a detailed quote for the proposed solution and discuss it with you.

We'll also provide a schedule for the installation works and if you wish to proceed, identify the most appropriate time to complete the setup.

Installation

When the order is confirmed we'll schedule the installation day(s) and prepare your new equipment.

During installation our team will carefully fit and setup the solution within your premises and then show you how it works as part of the handover process.

Support and Maintenance

We include scheduled maintenance and updates, our team will arrange site visits with you where required.

In the event of a problem or fault, we'll resolve it promptly as part of your SLA, with on-site support and hardware replacement included at no additional cost.
